December is filled with a mixture of everything one could ask for. Skyping with the family, meeting new people and just having fun. I can say that I have drank a lot less then the previous winter. Last night we went rather hard and today I felt it and I asked myself, "Why did I do that?"
Plans for the new year are simple. Drink less beer/wine/liquor/soda, the possible chance of quitting smoking is there, hike a lot, have fun and be happy. Lastly, I need to stay with this blog and keep it from fizzling out. By doing so, I should be able to accomplish everything I previously typed. Continued support from comments, views and shares help me do this.
Below are two pictures from different seasons. The one from summer was one of the first pictures I took with my point and shoot. I can see that I have come a long way from taking pictures and everyone else can now see the difference side by side.
In about 3 hours I will be decorating the pub for another fun New Year's Eve Party. I say to all of you, have happy and safe New Year and thank you again for the support.

Happy New Year, MacK! 2013 sounded pretty good and I hope it all continues in 2014. You never said, but did you get a new Christmas ornament from the park/Xanterra this year?
ReplyDeleteOH, I did. It's a wooden circle with a bear print through it. It's made out of cedar. I still like my bear more for last year.
ReplyDeleteLiked your month recap. Happy New Year had to pass on golf today, didn't. Want to give my cold to others.
ReplyDeleteCome visit me at Snow Lodge so we can ski new trails!
