It was our first day off and we were recuperating from the pub from the night before. We had a late start and wanted to do so much. We headed to Lava Creek for an "easy" down hill 4.5 mile hike. By the time we made it to Undine falls I had noticed that we were short on time. It was about three hours until the EDR was to close and we were short on money and didn't want to starve. So I suggested that we go to Lamar and show the neighbors a part of their new back yard.
From left to right. Sam, taking some photos. Nate and Jonny enjoying the view.
Another one of Nate Sam sand Jonny looking at Mammoth through the valley. (Mammoth is shown by the white springs that are just beneath the trees below the mountain.
A reflection shot.

Jonny and Sam in the back of Matilda with Nate hanging his head out the window like a dog. They too were looking at the reflection.
Looks like a good time. Hope Matilda is behaving!
